Immigrating to the United States in the year 1991 he continued to compose. By the year 1994 he started as the guitarist /lead singer and songwriter of the band VIEJA GLORIA, the first Argentinian spanish Rock  band in Miami. He continued to write songs and it is a passion he pursues till this day.

Stephanie Fernandez:

Stephanie is a Venezuelan singer-songwriter who has volunteered with Musicians on Call for seven years. She began medical school in 2014 and graduated as a physician earlier this year. Interacting with patients as a medical professional as well as an MOC volunteer has made Stephanie appreciate the incredible benefit that music can have on patients’ emotional and physical well being. She is passionate about connecting with patients and helping them express their emotions through her performances. She hopes to continue to bring joy to patients with music as she continues with her career.

Rafael Vergara:

Hello! I’m Rafael! I have been with Musicians On Call for roughly two years and it has made my life brighter than it was before. Music keeps me sane in this insane world and the fact that I’m able to spread my love for it with my friends, family, and patients makes me ecstatic. I’m a Colombian, an actor, and a musician. But above all, I’m a volunteer and I thank MOC for giving me the opportunity to spread the healing power of music!

Alejandra Czarny:

Born in Argentina and living for the past 13 years in South Florida, Alejandra Czarny has been singing and playing Yiddish songs for most of her life. She has recorded two CD’s, and she performs this repertoire (including several original compositions) regularly throughout the Americas and Europe. Alejandra employs her extensive music therapist background in the facilitation of an ongoing series of singing/therapy groups and teacher-training programs, as well as in the involvement of audience participation in many of her performances. Other achievements include hosting her own Jewish music radio program, leading a Latin American songs band, and ongoing service as Music Director of a Jewish school and as Cantorial soloist in South Florida synagogues.
