Alan is a professional chef with several awards and nominations, has cooked extensively internationally. in a variety of settings. Alan released 2 studio records with his outfit Prole: Prole and Desobediente, a solo album HUte bei Jlko and one with Alan Hughes & The Peruvian Hookers Miss Mexico.Currently Alan is working on new material for his upcoming record El Mal del Sauce.
