Musical Weekend in the Woods Membership Drive and Concert – Old Florida Style
The Folk Club of South Florida is planning a Musical Weekend in the Woods Saturday April 7, 2 PM
through Sunday, April 8, 2018, 2 PM
This is a Membership Drive – admission is just $10 and can be applied to your membership.
Sign up now (preferred) or just show up on Saturday (2 PM on)

11 Drum Circle around the fire led by Shawn Dibble. Shawn is the percussionist with
the New World School Dancers. BRING YOUR DRUMS!
MIdnight on, sleep in your very own bed in a rustic Florida style Cabin.
Or camp with tent or RV.
Here’s what you can expect:
Location
 Private Camp Greynolds, 18601 NE 22nd Ave, Miami, FL 33180, USA
 This is a special area of the camp not accessible to the general public.
 North of 183rd Street on the east side of 22nd Ave.
 4 acres of fenced in Old Florida on the banks of the Oleta River.
 Bring your canoes and kayaks.
 Free, secured parking
 Full bathroom and shower facilities

Accommodations
 Two-day event with overnight camping – tent (no charge) or cabin (charge)
 Cabin charge $10 per person or $15 per couple
 Eight bunk beds per cabin– bring your own twin size sheets or sleeping bag
 Cabin choices: Full Family cabin ($50, must reserve), Snoring, Gals, Guys, and Mixed Couples!
 Or you can camp free if you bring a tent or RV. Safe secure gated parking.
You can still attend the all the events without camping over.

 $10 admission which you can apply towards your membership in the Folk Club of South Florida
