Joe grew up in Miami where the musical influences of so many cultures left his head full of melodies and rhythms which have followed him all over Florida through his life. Jose’ Primero was the name his Cuban friends called him in elementary school. Living the last few years on St. Pete Beach in Tampa Bay, he has allowed the many other influences of the Gulf of Mexico to weave through his mind as well.
